22 Plastic Surgery and Spa MD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our expanding surgical practice. The candidate will work with our experienced surgical staff and patient care coordinators to ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care in the practice. At 22 Plastic Surgery, our standard is mastery. We offer a wide range of cosmetic procedures and partner with our patients for a rewarding and satisfying experience. The candidate will complement our exclusive team of body contouring specialists and elite medical spa providers to offer patients the opportunity to reach their goals no matter what type of beauty service they seek.  

Responsibilities:  

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures. 

• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols. 

• Obtain and document patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information. 

• Educate patients about procedures, post-care instructions, and skincare regimens. 

• Manage patient scheduling, follow-up appointments, and maintain medical records. 

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance the patient experience. 

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. 

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required.  

• Medical Assistant certification preferred. 

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is a plus. 

• Previous experience in plastic surgery or aesthetic setting is a plus. 

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 

• Meticulous documentation of patient care. 

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. 

• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary : $21 - $23
