- About us: Since 1937, we’ve built precision-engineered engines for industrial, agricultural, and military applications
- Team: ~35 employees with 13 CNC machines (and growing)
- Culture: Close-knit, quality-focused, in-house design and manufacturing
- Set up CNC lathes (with live tooling) and 3‑axis vertical mills
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Work directly with G-code
- Complete first article inspections before release to production
- Assist with other shop tasks as needed
- 3 years of setup/operation on live-tool lathes and/or 3‑axis mills (5‑axis exposure is a plus)
- Fluency in G-code
- Strength in GD&T and production run setups
- CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC)
- CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)
- Standard hours: starting at 2:30 PM
