We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Consultant to join our team on-site in West Palm Beach, FL. The Healthcare Consultant will work closely with clients to implement tailored strategies that drive healthcare quality, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing practice data, identifying improvement opportunities, providing actionable recommendations, assisting with the implementation of new value-based care models, and monitoring progress. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems, value-based care models, ACOs, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience with data analysis, performance metrics, and financial modeling
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and clients
- Proven ability in project management, problem-solving, and process improvement strategies
- Proficiency with data analysis software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Prior consulting experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus
