Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on fleet vehicles to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on commercial trucks and equipment.
- Perform diesel engine repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Utilize power tools and air brake systems for servicing vehicles.
- Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to address complex vehicle problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
Skills:
- Proficient in hydraulics, pneumatic brake systems, electrical systems, and power tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in diesel engine repair.
- Experience as a service technician or mechanic in the automotive industry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose vehicle issues effectively.
- Knowledge of suspension systems in commercial vehicles.
