We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for our well established Vehicle Maintenance Company in Wilmington.
Duties would include (but not limited to) the following:
- Receive and direct visitors and customers, answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls.
- Receiving payments.
- Maintain filing and record keeping.

General clerical duties including:
- Photocopying.
- Scanning.
We are looking for someone that posses the following qualities and skills:
- Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Punctual.
- Reliable.
- Friendly demeanor.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or higher preferred.
