Import Operations Coordinator
To help excel our organization’s growth, we’re seeking an eager and passionate individual to join our team as an Import Coordinator supporting our Import Team’s operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your professional growth in international and domestic logistics.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and distribute all required air and ocean import documentation in a timely fashion to appropriate parties (i.e. delivery orders, arrival notice, etc.)
· Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
· Communicate with air and ocean carriers, origin and destination locations regarding shipment status, special handling, and delivery of freight
· Mediate delivery requirements and shipment tracking between customers, truckers, brokers, warehouses, and vendors to ensure proper delivery
· Input, distribute A/P invoices and ensure timely A/R collection
Requirements
· Associate's Degree (required); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
· Speaks Korean (required)
· 1 year in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain (preferred)
· 1 year of experience in handling customer service (preferred)
Work Conditions
· Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 (based on experience)
· Full time On-Site Employment
· Location: Secaucus, NJ
· Hours: M-F, 9AM to 6PM
