Job Opportunity: Technical Manager – Medical Equipment
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Manager to join our team in the field of medical equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations and after sales technical support, providing leadership to the service team, and ensuring the highest standards of equipment maintenance, installation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and lead the technical/service department.
· Oversee installation, calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of medical equipment.
· Provide technical support and training to clients and internal staff.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
· Communicate and coordinate repair activities/training with manufacturers and suppliers.
· Prepare reports and maintain accurate service records of work performed.
· Represent the company in a service roll and take responsibility for customer satisfaction, increasing customer loyalty by professionally communicating with them.
· Respond to customers’ requests promptly and provide solutions within the entitled response time frame.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, or Biomedical Engineer.
· Minimum two years of experience in the medical equipment field in a management role.
· Excellent technical troubleshooting/repair skills for medical equipment
· Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to travel locally and internationally when required.
· Strong customer services skills include strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in English and Spanish/other language Spanish and other languages are a plus.
