Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Are you ready to generate revenue through proactive outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and customer engagement? As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be working in an office utilizing phone, video, email, and CRM engagement to close sales.
Purpose: This role supports AIS’s purpose “To provide technology that works and revolutionizes Client’s business with service they’ll fall in love with”.
Major Goals:
- Drive new business growth that meets and/or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline utilizing various methods including phone calls, emails, and video.
- Ensure accurate sales operations and customer experience.
Toughest Parts of the Job:
- Generating qualified leads through cold calls, emails, and video reach outs.
- Persevering and following up on sales amid rejections.
- Building trust, customer experience, and urgency over phone, email, or video without supplemental in-person meetings.
Job Functions: The Inside Sales Representative is a critical member of our Inside Sales team responsible for making sales and obtaining client commitments.
Daily responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls, emails, and virtual meetings to develop pipeline opportunities.
- Manage inbound leads and perform sales discovery and qualification.
- Deliver virtual product demonstrations and close sales remotely.
- Generate and present quotes, proposals, and negotiate terms with prospects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas and margin targets.
- Maintain CRM system with activity tracking, notes, and opportunity stages.
- Coordinate internally with Sales Ops, Service, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Exempt Classification – Inside Sales
This position has been reviewed and determined to be exempt under FLSA Section 7(i) and Nevada law. The employee acknowledges that their compensation does not include overtime pay and affirms understanding of the exemption basis based on the following:
- Their compensation is primarily commission-based.
- 50% of the employee’s total earnings are from commissions on goods or services.
- The employee customarily and regularly works from the employer’s place of business.
- Their earnings will be reviewed regularly to confirm continued compliance with exemption requirements.
- If in any period they do not meet the exemption criteria, they will be treated as non-exempt for that pay period.
- The employee is employed by a retail or service establishment.
- The employee’s regular rate of pay exceeds 1.5 times the applicable Nevada minimum wage for each hour worked in a pay period.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 2 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
- Proven success in quota-driven environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in video conferencing and virtual presentation tools.
- Self-directed, organized, and goal-oriented.
Salary : $60,000 - $188,000
