Summary of Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse with meet with patients in their residence for physician ordered care including wound care, medication management and administration, and education on the patient’s diagnoses. They will use their knowledge and critical thinking to communicate with caregivers, physicians, clinical supervisors, and healthcare team members appropriately about changes in patient’s condition and updates to the plan of care. The one-on-one setting ensures that the Registered Nurse can quickly connect with our patients to guarantee patient dignity during their recovery and make a positive lasting impression.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho or other compact state.
- One (1) year of registered nursing experience in community/home health or clinical experience is preferred.
- Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR.
- Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order and ability to drive in all weather conditions to ensure reliability for patient care.
