Advanced Hearing Group Scottsdale is seeking a motivated bilingual front office representative that is looking to grow in a fast paced environment. We are a privately owned audiology practice that is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated, quick learner that wants to grow and increase responsibilities through his/her tenure here.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (no exceptions)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Superior phone skills- needs to be able to professionally and clearly converse with patients, doctors and insurance groups.
• 2 years minimum in the same job within your job history in the past 5 years.
• Type 45 words/minute
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Adaptable to changes
• Accepts constructive feedback/coachable.
• Independent/ self-motivated
PREFERRED SKILLS
• 1 year(s) of experience in a professional office
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO
• Assisting with translations for the audiologists when necessary
• Administrative duties including faxing, data entry, answering multi-line phone system
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Set expectations with patients
• Communicate with primary care doctor's offices
