We’re looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who brings energy, heart, and clinical excellence to everything they do. At Ruby Healthcare, our rehab team isn’t just focused on mobility—we’re about motivation, connection, and celebrating every win.

✨ What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and build individualized, goal-driven therapy plans
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions (think function meets fun)
• Collaborate with an awesome team of OTs, SLPs, CNAs, and nurses
• Support residents in regaining strength, independence, and confidence
• Document clearly and efficiently (we’ve got your back with systems)
• Educate families and caregivers with compassion and clarity
  
  
  

✨ What You Bring:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active PT license in Texas
• Great communication skills, adaptability, and a warm personality
• A passion for geriatric care (or a willingness to fall in love with it)
• SNF experience is a plus—but not a dealbreaker
