Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations and design personalized treatment plans
- Help residents improve independence in self-care, mobility, and meaningful tasks
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, COTAs, nurses, and caregivers
- Document progress and outcomes clearly and thoroughly
- Educate patients, families, and staff on home programs and adaptive strategies
- Use your creativity to make therapy functional and fun
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Texas
- Passion for working with older adults
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- SNF or geriatric experience is a plus—but we’re open to new grads!
