We’re searching for a motivated, caring, and team-driven Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who’s ready to jump in, make a difference, and have fun while doing it. At Ruby Healthcare, we believe rehab should be both effective and uplifting—for our patients and our therapists.

✨ What You'll Do:

• Carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT
• Help residents regain strength, balance, and independence
• Document progress with accuracy and attention to detail
• Work alongside PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and caregivers
• Educate and motivate residents with compassion and creativity
• Keep the rehab gym a fun, engaging, and safe space
  
  
  

✨ What You Bring:

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active PTA license in Texas
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
• A love for senior care (or an interest in discovering it!)
• SNF experience is a bonus, but not required—we’re happy to train
