• Board-Certified: (Required) MD or DO with an active license in good standing.
• Clinically Skilled: You possess the steady hand and aesthetic eye necessary for intricate, transformative procedures.
• A Natural Closer: You understand that elective surgery is a choice. You can speak confidently about results, address concerns, and guide patients from the initial consultation to a committed booking.
• Patient Advocate: You have the "white-glove" personality required to manage high-touch, discerning, and often anxious patients. You view "needy" patients as an opportunity to provide exceptional reassurance and build lifelong trust.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality hair restoration procedures (FUE mainly/occasional FUT) with a focus on natural-looking hairlines and density.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, effectively communicating the value of our treatments to drive conversions.
• Provide attentive post-operative care, ensuring patients feel supported throughout their entire journey.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of technicians and consultants to maintain a seamless office flow.
