Advanced Hair Restoration is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hair Transplant Trainee! This role is ideal for a licensed RN interested in developing specialized clinical skills in hair restoration. The position includes a structured training program designed to build competency in hair transplant procedures while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on hair restoration procedures, including follicular unit extraction (FUE) and graft placement
- Assist in evaluating patients under the direction of the physician and clinical leadership
- Support the surgical team during procedures, including preparation, assistance, and post-procedure care
- Learn and operate specialized equipment used in hair follicle harvesting and implantation
- Prepare, handle, and assess harvested grafts in accordance with clinical protocols
- Maintain a sterile and organized clinical environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards
- Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines
- Provide patient education and support throughout the treatment process
- Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of licensure and training
Minimum Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment
- Willingness and ability to learn new clinical techniques and procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a clinical, surgical, dermatology, or aesthetic setting
- Interest in hair restoration, cosmetic procedures, or outpatient surgical care
