The Graphics & Administrative Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting executive leadership and ensuring smooth operations across multiple areas of the business. This position requires a highly organized, creative, and tech-savvy individual who can coordinate ongoing company graphic projects and administrative support for the organization.
Graphic Design Support
This position is responsible for supporting the company’s digital presence and marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. Success in this role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects that support the company’s objectives. Key duties include:
· Designing graphic art to support company marketing objectives
· Maintaining and regularly updating the company website to ensure accurate and compelling content
· Overseeing weekly social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
· Developing and implementing targeted social media strategies to drive audience interaction and enhance brand awareness
· Creating and maintaining web design elements that align with the company’s branding standards, designing and producing high-quality printed and digital marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations
Executive Administrative Support
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to facilitate seamless operations across multiple teams and projects. Administrative support duties include:
· Providing direct administrative assistance to the management team by supporting company programs and projects
· Ensuring organization of documents pertaining to strategic objectives to include timelines, budgets, and priorities
· Coordinating cross-functional communication, monitoring and following up on action items, and driving timely completion of key milestones, inter-team handoffs, and readiness checks
· Managing all aspects of meeting logistics, including conference room preparation, audio/visual setup, and documentation of collaboration topics for weekly staff meetings and industry visits
Qualifications:
· Education:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in a relevant field to include concentration in:
o Web Management
o Marketing with a Digital Focus
o Social Media Marketing
o Graphic Design
· Skills & Competencies:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
o Experience working with various website platforms
o Experience with social media management and analytics
o Graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
· 1 to 2 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite
· Familiar with the US military and how it operates
