Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting customers and our sales team with a variety of tasks including answering customer calls and emails, placing customer orders, data entry, freight pickup requests, rate quotes or freight charges, shipment tracing and appointments. You may be asked to also assist with:
- Payroll
- Running reports
- Billing and filling
Qualifications:
- Skillful in Microsoft Office Programs
- Keyboarding skills
- Has worked in a fast-paced environment and must have attention to detail
- Experience with handling a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Must have exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Quickbooks experience (Preferred)
