Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go‑to contact for clients, delivering fast, friendly, dependable support
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests with efficiency and accuracy
- Process policy changes, payment updates, renewals, and coverage questions
- Boost retention by offering smart solutions and spotting cross‑sell opportunities
- Document interactions clearly and follow up promptly
- Partner with teammates to resolve issues quickly
- Drive agency growth by identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferred
- Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Skilled at presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions
- Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus
