Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman for an aerial construction line crew, Must have over 3 years experience as a Foreman.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise field crews during the installation, splicing, and maintenance of fiber optic cables and telecommunications network infrastructure.
- Operate heavy equipment such as bucket trucks, power tools, and other construction machinery safely and efficiently to facilitate outdoor cable installation.
- Survey pole routes.
- Flexibility to work across all divisions (Coax, Fiber, Aerial, Underground).
Experience
- Must have over 3 years experience as a Foreman for an aerial construction line crew.
- Extensive knowledge of telecommunications outside plant operations, including cabling, splicing (fiber optic), and network infrastructure deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment such as bucket trucks safely in outdoor environments.
- Familiarity with telecommunication testing equipment, diagnostic tools, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings related to fiber optics and networking.
- Construction experience with outdoor work environments that require climbing, working at heights with climbing gear or ladders.
- Able to work in all weather conditions.
Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
