Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional greeting to all patients.
- Manage office flow using multi-line phone systems and practice management software.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with a proactive attitude.
- Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure timely patient care.
- Perform daily financial audits and reconcile transactions.
- Maintain accurate patient records in strict accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Verify all insurance benefits while maintaining accurate records.
