What You’ll Do
- Coordinate complex treatment plans and multi-phase cases from diagnosis through completion
- Support case acceptance through patient communication and follow-up
- Collaborate closely with doctors, specialists, and clinical teams
- Lead onboarding, mentoring, and performance support for clinical team members
- Maintain accurate documentation, insurance coordination, and treatment sequencing
- Manage hospital-based case logistics and continuity of care
- Utilize dental technology including Dentrix, iTero, CBCT, and Overjet
- Support clinical workflow efficiency and patient experience standards
- Minimum 5 years dental practice experience
- Strong background in treatment coordination and case presentation
- Knowledge of insurance workflows, CDT coding, and revenue cycle processes
- Experience in leadership or team lead roles preferred
- Comfortable working across both clinical and administrative functions
- Experience with Invisalign workflows and provisional fabrication is a plus
