Regional Manager

The Regional Manager (South of Boston) oversees the daily operations/performance of the dental offices that are assigned to their territory, along with supervising and coordinating all staff activities in conjunction with the office manager for those practices and implementing/monitoring protocols and directives as drafted by the management team.

Schedule: Full Time

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Regional Management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Well versed in dental terminology and procedures
  • Eaglesoft or Dentrix Experience
  • Maintains a positive, collaborative, and supportive disposition with team and patients
  • Understands and complies with HIPAA and HITECH Act of 2009
