What You'll Do

- 2 years of Previous Healthcare Leadership or Dental management experience

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- A customer-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
- Experience managing operations, budgets, KPIs, or team performance is a plus
- Healthcare experience is welcomed but not required
