This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Licensed Clinician based in Bay Shore, NY, with opportunities for remote work. The Licensed Clinician will provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy. Responsibilities also include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with clients and other service providers to support positive outcomes. This role requires a compassionate, evidence-based approach to treatment and a commitment to client well-being.
- Licensed in Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field
- Proficiency in conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in crisis intervention and addressing diverse client needs
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
