• Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and accuracy

• Take and enter concrete orders, ensuring all job site and mix details are correct

• Ask key questions (like "What are you pouring?") to ensure proper delivery

• Support the Dispatcher with scheduling, route adjustments, and communication

• Coordinate with drivers, quality control, and plant staff to keep operations running smoothly

• Step in as a backup Dispatcher during peak hours or absences

• Proactively contact customers during slower times to improve scheduling

• Assist with processing payments and helping walk-in customers, as needed

• Strong phone and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and think on your feet

• Previous experience in a dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or logistics role is a plus

• Familiarity with construction or concrete industry helpful, but not required

• Team-oriented mindset with a high level of attention to detail
