What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Representative / Dispatch position at Schmidt's Auto Incorporated?
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for answering incoming calls to assemble
tow requests, assist customers and accounts with general service and
vehicle inquiry questions. Dispatch calls in a timely and efficient
manner to meet and exceed company ETA requirements. Coordinate fleet of
trucks efficiently, and safely to scheduled and on- demand tow request.
JOB DUTIES: Answering incoming calls for business in the efforts to
increase companies\' business and adhere to contractual agreements.
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers inquiring about
services and/or vehicles information and next steps. Assist co-workers
on calls to include, data entry of customer and vehicle information,
administrative tasks, contacting customers and receiving payments.
Supervise front desk assisting customers with vehicles information and
options. Cross train with co-workers on all call center duties and
responsibilities Facilitate training of new hires Maintain a clean and
organized working environment. Confer with customers by telephone or in
person to provide information about products or services, take or enter
orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records
of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of
inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Check to
ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\'
problems. Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of
claim investigation results or any planned adjustments. Determine
charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange
for billing. Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records,
or issue service discontinuance orders, using computers. Refer
unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further
investigation. Resolve customers\' service or billing complaints by
performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money,
or adjusting bills. Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a
