Customer Service Representative (CSR) 30 hours

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, You Will

• Answer and manage a high volume of customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Accurately take and enter concrete orders, making sure all details are complete.
• Use Google Maps and county property search tools to confirm jobsite locations.
• Coordinate with Plant Managers to schedule deliveries efficiently.
• Recommend proper concrete mix designs based on project needs (training provided).
• Ensure payment arrangements are confirmed prior to delivery when needed.
• Adapt quickly to changes in schedules and customer requests.
• Deliver exceptional service while helping contractors and builders keep their projects on track.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Attention to detail - accuracy is key in this role.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, Google Maps, and online property search tools.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service or dispatch experience is a plus (construction knowledge helpful but not required).
