• Conduct conjugation reactions as a primary responsibility
• Perform tangential flow filtration (TFF), including UF/DF operations, with a strong focus during the first 90 days
• Support filtration, centrifugation, and downstream purification activities
• Prepare materials and manage experiments ranging from milliliter scale to fractions of a liter
• Work within airflow-controlled hoods and standard benchtop environments
• Operate in labs qualified for potent compound handling, following enhanced training and gowning requirements
• Maintain thorough, accurate laboratory documentation and experimental records
• Support technical report writing, data recording, and verification of results
• Interpret analytical data (e.g., HPLC, SEC) generated by analytical teams to inform process decisions
• Participate in group discussions, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiatives
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, experimental scope, and timelines
• Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to support overall process development goals
EXPERIENCE
• Hands-on downstream process development laboratory experience required
• Strong experience with conjugation chemistry (specifically antibody-drug conjugation preferred)
• Strong experience with tangential flow filtration (TFF / UF-DF)
• Experience with filtration and downstream purification processes
• Ability to execute predefined experimental protocols independently
• Experience interpreting analytical data (HPLC/SEC); direct assay execution is not required
• Experience working in potent compound laboratory environments or willingness to be trained
• Industry experience preferred; relevant academic experience will be considered if directly applicable
