We are currently searching for a skilled professional to join a well-known client’s team as an Incoming Inspector, Quality Control. Their work will have a direct impact on the organization and the larger clinical industry, making this an amazing career opportunity.
POSITION SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose
Responsible for all phases of incoming sampling and inspection of raw materials, components, primary and secondary labeling, and other manufacturing operating supplies per appropriate specifications and/or procedures to ensure adherence to cGMPs and other regulatory requirements.
After inspection and review of all appropriate documentation, disposition materials per applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and material specifications.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Ensure material pending disposition is held in the appropriate location.
2. Sample material according to applicable SOP(s) and material specifications.
3. Sample and inspect material using appropriate tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
4. Assure material meets applicable requirements utilizing inspection methods described in SOPs and/or material specifications.
5. Follow strict cGMPs to ensure materials maintain the safety, identity, strength, quality, and purity they are represented to possess.
6. Maintain accurate records for all materials inspected.
7. Determine the disposition of materials.
8. Assist in the training of Incoming Inspectors.
9. Assist Quality Release Management when requested.
10. Complete appropriate documentation when material is dispositioned and route to appropriate departments.
11. Properly identify materials with the appropriate disposition and required information.
12. Assist QC Management with various tasks and responsibilities as needed.
EXPERIENCE
•
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred.
• Good written, verbal, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision is imperative.
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (scientific discipline preferred); High School Diploma required.
