We are seeking a Junior Laboratory Technician to support analytical testing operations through the review, processing, and documentation of confirmatory test results. This role is responsible for operating analytical instrumentation, maintaining quality records, and ensuring compliance with established laboratory and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Operate GC/MS and LC-MS/MS instrumentation to perform confirmatory testing.
- Process, review, and document analytical data in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Perform quality control activities and support routine laboratory operations.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, and supporting documentation.
- Verify sample integrity and ensure compliance with chain-of-custody and quality requirements.
- Troubleshoot routine analytical issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain a compliant working environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work with analytical instrumentation and laboratory software systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow SOPs and work effectively in a regulated laboratory environment.
- Experience with GC/MS, LC-MS/MS, or other analytical instrumentation.
- Experience in analytical, toxicology, environmental, forensic, clinical, or related laboratory settings.
- Experience supporting quality control processes and laboratory documentation.
- Familiarity with regulated laboratory practices and quality standards.
