Contract Details
Required
- Length: 9 months
- Schedule: Standard business hours (M-F, 9-5 ET), with ~12 meetings/month outside these hours
- Location: 100% remote; optional onsite in King of Prussia, PA or Boca Raton, FL
- Configure & Maintain: Lead Workday HCM Core, Talent, and Recruiting; backup for Absence module
- Collaborate: Partner with HR Tech, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to translate business needs into system solutions
- Troubleshoot & Test: Resolve issues, perform root cause analysis, and keep data clean
- Enhance & Optimize: Monitor help desk requests, streamline processes, and recommend improvements
- Stay Ahead: Track Workday releases and leverage new features for system enhancements
- Analyze & Advise: Build and interpret reports to support HR decision-making and strategy
Required
- 5 years of HRIS experience, including 3 years of Workday configuration
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
- Workday reporting and data analysis expertise
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in global work environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
- Workday Absence module knowledge (highly desirable)
- Technical Strength: Proven expertise in Workday HCM configuration
- Bonus Skills: Absence module experience for backup coverage
