This role will analyze large datasets, develop reporting solutions, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
- Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and experimentation.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Develop automated reporting solutions, analytical workflows, and reusable code.
- Support data quality, governance, and validation activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business problems and support strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- 2-4 years of experience with statistical modeling, predictive analytics, machine learning, or data science methodologies.
- Advanced SQL skills and strong Python experience for data analysis and automation.
- Experience with dashboard development and KPI reporting using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar tools.
- Experience translating complex analyses into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, forecasting, automation, or advanced analytics techniques.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic reporting and business insights.
- Exposure to AI-enabled analytics, automation, or process optimization initiatives.
