Key Responsibilities
- Requirements & Validation: Gather and document business requirements, design test scripts, and execute validation activities to ensure accuracy and reliability of Power BI dashboards.
- Data Solutions Development: Create and maintain macros, queries, data extracts, and dashboards leveraging Power BI, Excel, and IBM Business Objects to address diverse reporting needs.
- Dashboard Management: Build and support dashboards that provide proactive monitoring of internal business metrics, driving insights and performance improvements across the division.
- Reporting Support: Deliver timely ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly reports, with a focus on identifying and implementing automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to FDA regulations, international regulatory requirements, internal policies, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Workplace Excellence: Contribute to a safe, professional, and collaborative work environment while supporting company-wide initiatives related to Quality and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and IBM Business Objects.
- Proven track record in validation activities, including test script design and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
