What are the responsibilities and job description for the Category Manager position at Advanced Clinical?
Brand Development & Positioning
- Manage day-to-day brand stewardship for concept center initiatives, including defining positioning, value proposition, messaging architecture, and brand voice.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies on concept branding, naming, and foundational brand assets.
- Ensure brand strategy is consistently reflected across creative development, communications, and experience design.
- Lead the planning and execution of consumer research programs spanning qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral methods.
- Own the customer satisfaction (CSAT) approach for concept locations, including survey design, deployment, and integration across both digital and in-person touchpoints.
- Track and analyze experience performance and customer sentiment to identify trends, drivers of satisfaction, and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate research findings, pilot results, and satisfaction metrics into actionable recommendations that enhance brand perception and customer experience.
- Contribute to consumer marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for pilot launches and new concepts.
- Support test-and-learn initiatives by evaluating outcomes and applying insights to future concept development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Digital Experience teams to maintain consistent brand and experience standards across platforms.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure brand strategy is effectively delivered within physical locations.
- Contribute to innovation efforts alongside cross-functional teams to evolve and refine new concepts.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, customer experience, or related fields.
- Proven experience in brand positioning, consumer research, and customer satisfaction measurement.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert insights into clear, actionable plans.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior leaders.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing agencies or working in an agency environment.
- Background in pilot programs, experimentation, or concept innovation.
- Familiarity with regulated or high-consideration consumer industries.
