Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Doctor of Chiropractic to join our healthcare team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing manual therapy techniques and advanced diagnostic skills to deliver personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient observations, physical assessments, and examinations to evaluate musculoskeletal health and identify areas of concern.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate chiropractic diversified techniques, instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation, core nutritional needs, and home management strategies.
- Perform evaluations for Commercial driver's license (CDL) physicals
- Apply biomechanics knowledge to analyze movement patterns and optimize treatment outcomes for musculoskeletal system issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and EMR/EHR records in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their condition, treatment options, and preventive care strategies to foster trust and engagement.
Skills
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the musculoskeletal system for accurate diagnostics and effective treatment planning.
- Proficiency in chiropractic diversified technique, manual therapy, trigger point therapy, and evidence-based practice approaches.
- Ability to perform comprehensive physical assessments, physical examinations, and musculoskeletal diagnostics confidently.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare diagnosis procedures, and medical imaging interpretation.
- Excellent client communication skills to educate patients on their conditions and promote adherence to care plans.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient record management.
