Framing Foreman

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct frameworks and structures
• Execute framing tasks including woodworking, trim carpentry, siding, roofing
• Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with demolition, restoration, remodeling projects, and siding installation as needed
• Collaborate with construction management teams to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on framing carpentry and metal building erection
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights when required
• Excellent understanding of construction safety protocols and site management practices
• 5 years of experience in framing
