Supply Chain Senior Associate
Location: Onsite - Holly Springs, NC
Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)
Contract Length: 18 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $35-$40 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a leading biotech pharmaceutical organization supporting tactical and operational supply chain activities at the Holly Springs facility. You will focus on production planning, process order execution, warehouse coordination, and material transfers to keep manufacturing running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, release, and track production and process orders in SAP
• Coordinate with scheduling teams to align production plans with materials and capacity
• Monitor planned orders and adjust based on real-time constraints and changes
• Liaise with warehouse teams for timely staging, transfer, and reconciliation of materials
• Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and material movements using SAP and MES
• Coordinate general supplies and spare parts with the Unity Lab Services team
• Serve as a point of contact between Supply Chain and Manufacturing Services
• Support deviations triage and assist with CAPA and change control documentation
• Ensure accuracy of master data for materials, BOMs, and WIP in SAP
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce risk
Qualifications
• 2 years in production planning, materials coordination, or warehouse operations in a regulated environment
• Proficiency with SAP, MES, and other ERP or supply chain systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Effective communicator able to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, warehouse, and planning
• Experience with finite scheduling and process order management preferred
• Familiarity with cGMP, FDA regulations, and biotech or pharma manufacturing or logistics preferred

- Prior experience in biotech or pharma manufacturing or logistics
Education
• High school diploma/GED and 2 years of work experience, or
• Associate’s degree and 6 months of work experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree
