Supply Chain Sr. Associate
Location: Onsite - Easton, PA
Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2 only, no C2C)
Contract Length: 18 months (possible extension)
Compensation: $35–$39 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a global biotech organization supporting warehouse and supply chain operations at a 3PL raw material site. This role focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing SAP transactions, and ensuring GMP-compliant material flow. The Supply Chain Sr. Associate will work cross-functionally with logistics, manufacturing, and quality teams to maintain inventory accuracy, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated
environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage raw material receipt tracking and provide real-time visibility of inventory status
- Coordinate inbound shipments, purchase orders, and delivery schedules
- Develop and manage outbound shipment schedules and logistics activities
- Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation in compliance with GMP standards
- Support on-site operational strategies with 3PL and cross-functional teams
- Lead integration activities between SAP and logistics systems
- Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting
- Participate in cross-functional workstreams across supply chain, quality, and manufacturing
- Investigate and resolve quality issues such as damages and temperature excursions
- Resolve shipment discrepancies and ERP exceptions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements
- SAP or ERP system experience required
- Experience managing shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with large datasets and tracking systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience with Smartsheet, Excel, or reporting tools preferred

- GMP and GDP experience
- Warehouse or supply chain operations experience
