Project Manager
Location: Onsite - Holly Springs, NC (EST preferred)
Employment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2 only, no C2C)

Compensation: $63–$69 per hour (based on experience)
Summary of the Role
Join a global biotech organization leading organizational strengthening and workforce planning initiatives supporting the North Carolina site. This role focuses on driving cross-functional project execution, stakeholder alignment, change management, and operational readiness activities across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and leadership teams. The Project Manager will facilitate strategic workshops, support organizational effectiveness initiatives, and help translate business priorities into actionable execution plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of Organizational Strengthening initiatives
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and readiness activities
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and leadership teams
- Track project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items
- Develop communication strategies, dashboards, and leadership reporting
- Support organizational change management and stakeholder engagement activities
- Create workshop materials, implementation plans, and meeting documentation
- Identify operational gaps, resource needs, and process improvement opportunities
- Translate workshop outcomes into actionable business execution plans
Qualifications
- Strong background in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development
- Proven project and program management experience in cross-functional environments
- Experience facilitating workshops and strategic planning sessions
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience managing operational readiness and workforce planning initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and process improvement capabilities
- Experience supporting leadership and organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred
