This critical role is the central point of contact for scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and daily operational support. You’ll ensure that every day runs like clockwork—freeing up our clinical team to focus on delivering world-class therapy. This is a non-clinical role ideal for someone with outstanding logistics skills, excellent communication, and a passion for building systems that support clinical excellence.
This is a full time position at our center in Beachwood, OH. Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm

- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a scheduling, administrative, or reception role, preferably within a healthcare or educational setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and digital scheduling platforms.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office or Google Workspace suite.
- Formal HIPAA training and extensive experience in a high-volume customer-service environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
