What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intensive Behavioral Support Staff position at Advanced Behavioral Consultation LLC?
--ABC provides in- school support services to children based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. We are dedicated to providing evidenced based support in order to increase appropriate social behavior and ensure positive life experiences for individuals with developmental disabilities, educational teams and families. ABC is hiring intensive behavioral support staff to work within public schools providing 1:1 support to identified students.
ABC will provide the following
- Training in de-escalation and physical management
- Training in behavioral supports, data collection and applied behavior analysis
- Opportunity for educational and professional growth
- Employment during the school year (late August through mid June) Limited summer hours are available
- Convenient daily hours (8:30-3:30)
- Starting hourly rate between 20.00 per hour for those entering the field *experience is discussed during the first interview.
- Paid Time Off based on accrued hours
-401K for full time staff
- Vacations and school closures off (unpaid without the use of PTO)
Please note, due to the small size of our agency and short working year, health insurance is not provided.
**A clear BCI is required
