Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Level B Auto Technician / Diesel Mechanic with strong diagnostic ability in both gas and diesel systems. The ideal candidate is ASE-certified (or willing to certify), works independently, and takes pride in delivering quality repairs in a professional shop.

Flat-rate pay: $30–$40 per flagged hour (based on experience and certifications)
Technicians who flag 40 hours/week typically earn $62,000–$84,000 annually, with potential to earn more based on productivity

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair gas and diesel vehicles (engines, transmissions, brakes, steering & suspensions, electrical systems)
Troubleshoot with diagnostic tools and software
Conduct inspections and prepare accurate estimates
Perform routine maintenance services as needed
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Mentor junior technicians when necessary
Requirements
5 years of professional automotive repair experience (gas and diesel)
ASE Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Strong knowledge of modern diagnostic equipment and software
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Own professional-grade tools
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Duramax, Powerstroke, or Cummins
Familiarity with Asian and domestic vehicles
Colorado emissions repair experience (bonus, not required)
