JOB REQUIREMENTS: Advanced Assembly, Inc., located in University

Maintenance Technician I to our well-trained and experienced staff.
Advanced Assembly, Inc. is an electronics manufacturing services
provider of electronic assemblies and products, including the Captioned
Telephone (CapTel). Our exceptional reputation has been earned through

full-time position offers a second shift schedule of Monday Thursday,
2:45pm 12:45am, a competitive starting wage and a full benefits package.

Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Electronics & Industrial Equipment
Location: Madison, Wisconsin Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We
are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting,
repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on electronics
manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance
with quality standards. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot & repair AC
voltage single-phase (120V) up to three-phase (480V) systems. Perform
preventive maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment as
scheduled. Use electrical schematics & measurement tools (multimeters,
oscilloscopes, etc.) for diagnostics and repair. Monitor product quality
and adjust machinery to comply with quality standards. Assist in
unscheduled maintenance & emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Support 5S initiatives to keep tools and spare parts organized. Perform
electronic and mechanical calibrations on manufacturing equipment.
Follow all safety procedures, especially Lock Out-Tag Out (LOTO)
protocols. Document maintenance activities and fill out daily records
and logs. Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to ensure

language). Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics and
mechanical drawings. Knowledge of industrial sensors, controllers, and
automation systems. Experience with vision systems & PCB automation
(preferred). Intermediate Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel & Word).
Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail. Ability to lift up
to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment. Work Environment &
Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and handling
of tools/equipment. Hand-e e coordination is essential for working with
small electronic components. Exposure to moderate noise levels & varying
temperatures in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work on shifts as
