2nd Shift Tool Room Lead
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the daily maintenance, upkeep and repair of all dies. Expected to maintain and care for the dies so that they are always in proper working condition.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate and conduct preventative maintenance on all dies
Responsible for the repair, cleaning, and troubleshooting of dies
Work with Production Team to correct tooling issues
Study CAD models, blueprints, sketches, or specifications to plan the repair and/or fabrication of tools, dies, and components
Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts for conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial

- Tool & die Repair: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Journeyman License (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Van Buren, MI Required)
