Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Shipping small packages through UPS, FedEx
- Manage phone communications with customers, providing excellent customer service and maintaining phone etiquette.
- Utilize computer skills to maintain records and manage schedules using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Assist in office management tasks, ensuring efficient organization and time management throughout daily operations.
- Support front desk operations and assist with calendar management as needed.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
