Job Summary
Advance is seeking a dedicated and efficient Stacker to join our production team. The Stacker will be responsible for organizing and stacking products in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that all items are prepared for shipment or storage. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of production and upholding our quality standards.
Duties
- Safely stack and organize products according to company specifications.
- Monitor product quality during stacking processes to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
