The Mission
- Own the end-to-end service of commercial HVAC systems up to 50 tons.
- Diagnose refrigeration-cycle faults; troubleshoot TXVs, compressors, and motors.
- Resolve VAV and economizer issues to elevate IAQ and energy performance.
- Maintain and repair hydronic pumps and related system components.
- Execute coil diagnostics and replacements (evaporator and condenser).
- Track down electrical and controls problems and return equipment to safe operation.
- Interpret complex schematics with confidence and precision.
- Lift the next generation—mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians in best practices.
- Safety-first, quality-driven decision-making.
- On-time service delivery aligned with company policy and industry codes.

- 3 years servicing large commercial/industrial HVAC equipment
- Clean driving record; eligible to operate a company vehicle
- Ability to pass fit-for-duty evaluations for contract requirements
- Ability to pass pre-hire drug screening and maintain random drug screening per company policy
- Expertise with major commercial components: large compressors, motors, economizers, VAVs
- Independent work style; capable of managing your own calls
- Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs; work at heights and in confined areas
- Fluent in reading advanced schematics and technical documentation
- Analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills
- Clear, professional communication with clients and peers
- Proven ability to mentor junior technicians (Level 1 & Level 2)
