Aesthetic Laser Sales Representative (High-End Equipment)
Compensation: $50,000 base salary commission (realistic earnings $80,000 , with higher potential for top performers)
About the Role
Advance Esthetic is a leading distributor of professional spa and medical aesthetic equipment. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Aesthetic Laser Sales Representative to join our team in Carlsbad, CA.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong understanding of aesthetic laser systems who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The right candidate will bring a high level of ownership, professionalism, and a proven ability to drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, consultation, closing, and post-sale follow-up
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medspas, estheticians, and aesthetic clinics
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and client consultations (virtual and in-person)
- Provide education and training on laser systems, treatment applications, and protocols
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Zoho experience preferred)
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and training sessions (required)
- Travel as needed for client meetings and events
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Consistently meet and exceed established sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetic laser or esthetic equipment sales
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred)
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel and attend trade shows as needed
