Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Aesthetics Provider (RN, NP, or PA) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
- Neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport)
- Dermal fillers
- Laser treatments (IPL, Clear Brilliant, RF microneedling, etc.)
- Skin rejuvenation procedures and medical-grade facials
- Conduct thorough consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients on services, products, and post-treatment care
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and patient care
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Support practice growth through patient retention and treatment plan adherence
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and ongoing education
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN, NP, or PA license in the state of California
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics
- Proven experience with injectables and energy-based devices
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
