Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage plans
B to B outbound calling
Explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits clearly to customers
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
Prepare quotes, complete insurance applications, and process policy changes
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Provide ongoing customer service and support to policyholders
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Professional, coachable, and detail-oriented
Reliable and motivated to grow
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Active state insurance license
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
